I always wonder why Erin is so fond of drawing animal skulls. This is my rendition of a bear skull. If only I had a real reference beyond Google images but that might bum me out more than anything else. Why I felt like watercolour painting today? Beats me. It's a pretty abusive medium that usually leaves me frustrated on a floor somewhere. In any case, this was completed in watercolour and graphite on a scrap of BFK Rives. Look at it like a caterpillar. It's going to turn into something, but never a butterfly 'cause those things freak me out.
Also, for those of you who live under a rock and haven't seen the barrage of Facebook "notes" devoted to timetables, Sheridan posted (the vast majority of) our schedules. I've three more 8 am classes than I'd care to attend but I'm pretty stoked on the commencement of my second year in the Illustration BAA.
